These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nuts Forge (the "Game") provided by Ohi ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Nuts Forge, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Nuts Forge for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not:
Nuts Forge offers optional in-app purchases for virtual items (gems, coins, VIP subscriptions, cosmetic items). All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Google Play / Apple App Store policies.
For refund requests, contact Google Play or Apple App Store directly.
If you link your account to Google Play Games or Sign in with Apple, you are responsible for maintaining the security of those credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your linked accounts.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination without notice or refund.
All content in Nuts Forge — including graphics, music, characters, levels, code, and trademarks — is owned by Ohi or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
We may update the Game at any time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also modify these Terms with notice via in-game messages or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.
Upon termination, your license to use the Game ends, but these Terms survive where applicable (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability).
Nuts Forge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ohi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Nuts Forge, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of virtual items.
Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim.
